Congratulations to this week's Student of the Week!
Today our Juniors went to the Career Expo in Worthington with other students in southwest Minnesota.
Our students visited with representatives from several businesses, organizations, and schools. MLHS juniors were able to take home the trophy for showing off their knowledge! They participated in a Career Game show against other schools to answer questions about careers in our area.
After the game show, a presenter from the Bureau of Labor Statistics talked about modern trends in career paths. They ended the day by touring of Minnesota West to see what a college campus looks like.

Today MLPS elementary had our annual Staff vs 6th grade softball game. 6th grade came out victorious! It was a fun day for staff and students. What a fun way to end our year.
