Mountain Lake School is part of a cooperative with the Windom Area Eagles Hockey Team.  

Schools in the cooperative for Girls Hockey are:  Windom (host), Jackson County Central, Mountain Lake Area, Heron Lake-Okabena, St. James Area, and Westbrook-Walnut Grove.

Schools in the cooperative for Boys Hockey are:  Windom (host), Jackson County Central, Mountain Lake Area, and Heron Lake-Okabena.

The teams play their home games at Windom City Arena.
